If you thinking of selling E-goods...

I bet you already know that Digital Goods (or E-goods) are HOT!

What are E-goods?
  • e-books
  • e-photo collections
  • e-music
  • e-clip art
  • e-sounds
  • cartoons/art/illustrations
  • database products/software
  • anything you can digitalize
Everyday, more and more people are catching on to the convenience of selling electronic products online.

After all, there's no shipping, you have an unlimited supply of inventory, and customers experience instant gratification when their products are delivered in seconds.

If you can digitize it, you can sell it.

So they said.

But...,

How Easy Is This?

How "Do-able"?

My sincere opinion is that affiliate marketing or any monetary model will continue to be strong with SBI!

I'm not simply saying this because I want to impress upon readers here, but it's because SiteSell appears to always stay one step ahead of the rest.

Just one example -- while most of us are still scratching our heads on what exactly is Web 2.0 and why the 'experts' are going ga-ga over it, SBI! has recently incorporated Content 2.0 (still beta form).

It will turn every SBI! site into a mini MySpace. On top of that, they are already into videos.

The above may mean nothing for newbies, but for those with some years or even months of experience will be a bit excited given the marketing potentials of Content 2.0.

To cut a long story short, SBIers do not really have to keep abreast of the latest developments on the Web, SBI! will do that for us, even if we still do not have much idea what Web 2.0 literally means.

Arindam, best of luck with your SBI! journey.
